Actually, it’s not that great… it only means more blogging for you guys to read and less partying for me. Boooooo.
But it’s ok, because after a long weekend at the blog conference with Nuffnang Blogopolis in Melbourne, I have reconnected with my love for blogging. After this conference, I’ve learnt that there are so many things I could’ve done better on my blog in the past year.. and with the help from the awesome speakers – I shall list them below, I have refound my love for writing and now shall attempt to blog more and more fabulous posts for my awesome loyal readers. <3

During this weekend, I have learnt so much about blogging, about connecting with my readers, about organising my blog more, than I feel so inclined with manage my blog better so you will all be able to feel more connected with me on my blog. I hope each and every one of you will feel as special as you really are in my heart.
Now, to summarise my blog in Melbourne, I’ll start with my first day there. I actually started with an extremely bimbotastic moment. I missed my flight – due to not reading my flight details properly and thought my flight was at 10.30am instead of 10am!! Got there and baggage acceptance had been closed, so I was told to rebook a new flight – which cost me $55 – and had to wait another 2 hours. Luckily, Nuffnang had not booked me on a budget airline so I was able to rebook rather than pay for a new flight…. but I was sadly told off by the evil lady at the sales counter who never seems to be in a good mood. Sigh.
Right when I got off my flight, I notified my coach who was meant to take me to my hotel to tell them that I had missed my flight and to pick me up immediately at the airport.. but they had already ignored my non-existence (even though had sent them an email prior to the flight as well) and apologised and refunded me. My bimboness got the better of me. I was stuck at Melbourne Tullamarine Airport and had no coach to take me back to my hotel, my only option would be to take a Sky Bus, which I had not researched about earlier or taking a cab which would have cost me another $60.
I refused to take the cab and decided I was independent enough to find my own way around.
Anywhoo, into Melbourne CBD I went and finally ended up at my hotel about 3 hours later than I should have been if I had caught my first flight. Awesome! I met up with a blogger friend, Heart of Pearl who I had intended to meet since forever and was so glad to be with a familar face after a dreadful morning. She brought me back to Koko Black and we had the hot chocolate I loved last time I was in Melbourne. Then the very pink and gorgeous VioletleBeaux came along to join us for a chat.
HeartofPearl, please send me your photos too so I can steal and put them on my blog! ;)
