Which, in a way, is even worse, and he's currently receiving psychiatric treatment but I don't know if he's received any punishment. I remember seeing this on the news and was absolutely disgusted and wanted to cry. People like this need to receive far harsher penalties than the current pathetic penalties given to animal abuse offenders. And if people aren't appalled by the injustice of it all, they should at least jail him for being a potential danger people. I interviewed a social worker a couple weeks ago, and she told me, there are many cases where parents who went crazy b/c their babies cried so much (yes, 2-3months old) thrown their babies across the room back and forth by BOTH parents leaving them with broken ribs, fractures and some died. If parents couldn't care less about their children, it's hard to expect people to treat animals right. This is really sad. well, this is very inhumane. so many crazy people out there.
