8 week old puppy with ears and tail cut off..
I’m so sick of hearing about kids and their disgusting behaviours. I’m sure I was never like this as a child.
In Melbourne, a puppy of 8 weeks got its ears and tails cut off.
Buckley, an eight-week-old border collie cross staffordshire bull terrier, was found abandoned in a school yard on Saturday, July 11, and taken to a veterinarian in Sydenham.
I really don’t understand
- If you don’t want to be responsible of taking care of a puppy, then don’t buy it, desex your dog so it doesn’t breed, send it to the RSPCA, give it to a friend, advertise it for “free” on www.gumtree.com.au..
There are so many options of what you could do rather than letting it free on the streets to be picked on by others. What kind of an irresponsible person are you?I understand that not everyone in the world can love pets, some dislike dogs and prefer cats, some dislike animals at all, but letting an 8 week old puppy free is just animal cruelty. Just like a human baby, a puppy is just the same. They have only just got to see the world. They are not born to understand everything in the world. We need to teach them and show them what everything means and is. Just because they are not your kind, why do you need to be so cruel?
- Kids, kids kids.. whether you are physical a kid or not. I don’t fxcking understand your sickening behaviour. Why in the fxcking world would you cut off a puppy’s ears and tail? What kind of fxcking fun is that?
Why would you do something like that to a puppy who has never even done anything to you? He was just wandering around on the streets looking for food, looking for love, and you just decided that you wanted have a little bit of a laugh and deafen the poor pup.
Fxck you, honestly. I have nothing more to say and you don’t deserve any respect from anyone. I hope karma finds you and somebody cuts your ears off just so you can realise that what comes around goes around.
Buckley is now so afraid of humans. And although he’s not deaf, he’s traumatised and this fear will stay with him for a lifetime all because of some asshole.

Wow this is absolutely inhumane, I don't understand why some people can do this. I so agree with you on the fact that the pup is just like a human baby, there is no difference is that except for that they are of different species. This made me really sad and realised that people can be more cruel than I thought.

Shit like this makes me so damn angry. The world is a screwed up place and I agree who in their right mind or in any mind or what even bloody possesses you to cut off a defenseless living things ears and tail. Hell if you're bored go fuxing cut off your own ears! Kudos to you for posting this, Im afraid if I posted this it would just contain a lot of obscenities and probably wouldnt be very legible. xxx

I completely agree!! My sister was telling me about shows where they go into houses and save pets from bad owners… WHY would someone even keep a dog if they couldn't take care of it?? Why not give it away atleast??
I HATE hearing about stories like this, it just breaks my heart. I don't understand how someone could do this, there are some sick people out there

well, this is very inhumane. so many crazy people out there. I interviewed a social worker a couple weeks ago, and she told me, there are many cases where parents who went crazy b/c their babies cried so much (yes, 2-3months old) thrown their babies across the room back and forth by BOTH parents leaving them with broken ribs, fractures and some died. If parents couldn't care less about their children, it's hard to expect people to treat animals right. This is really sad.
OH NOOO. that's horrible!! some people are so irresponsible. i blame their parents for not teaching them…in turn they pass on these horrible traits to their children! great posts though. you bring awareness to an otherwise very hush hush subject!

Actually, it wasn't a child who did this but a fully grown man? Which, in a way, is even worse, and he's currently receiving psychiatric treatment but I don't know if he's received any punishment.
I remember seeing this on the news and was absolutely disgusted and wanted to cry. People like this need to receive far harsher penalties than the current pathetic penalties given to animal abuse offenders. And if people aren't appalled by the injustice of it all, they should at least jail him for being a potential danger people.
Those who start off hurting and killing animals almost always move on to people.

Human can be very stupid, i'm agree that they should be put in jail. People who do this are not human, they just act like animals, maybe they are worster than animals…
