Haha, that's kind of cool that you have a work blog?!! Anyway thanks for the compliment girl =].

As for my hair, the key is not to overuse products. Just a little bit of each goes a long way. I've been using a good shampoo + conditioner and it seems to make my hair smell great and manageable/volumized! It's called Bain de terre. I think you just gave me an idea for one of my next post ;-).
