ABOUT CHAIGYARU
So recently I purchased a lot of shoes from lovelyshoes.net – a wholesale site for shoes “made in china”. So I’m just going to do a review for those girls out there who are thinking of maybe purchasing from there. I mean, each pair of shoes were under $20US, which is damn cheap, but to purchase from there, you must make an order of more than 10 pairs of shoes. I made a trial order, which means you can make an order of less than 10 pairs of shoes once but, you must pay an additional $10US.
I purchased 6 pairs of shoes for a total of $124.89 including shipping.
Total products money: US $ 77.25 + Shipping money: US $ 37.64 + Packing money: US $ 10.00
Shipping: Shipping is fairly expensive because understandable because shoes are quite heavy and $40 for shipping internationally for 7 pairs of shoes is actually very very cheap in comparison to many other international online stores. Shipping did not take long either, it was within their estimated period of time – which is just under 2 weeks. I received the package by Registered post which means the parcel is collected with a signature, and tends to be more safe than Air Mail – which is alternatively cheaper.
Packaging: Each pair of shoes were packed in an individual plastic wrap. Each shoe clip was also packed in a smaller plastic wrap and placed inside the shoes.
Quality: I wouldn’t say the quality of the shoes were perfect, but rather, you get what you pay for. The material of the shoes were mostly plastic and very light and flimsy. One of the shoes I received had missing diamontes and for another, the pearls were already falling off the first day I wore them.
Because the shoes were sitting the box all squished up, the shape of the shoes weren’t perfect either. For example, because I hadn’t worn the pink pair on the top row yet, they still look a bit out of shape.
Overall: I wouldn’t say it was a bad haul as the price

Hey you’ll!
Just some updates on myself. Been sick for the past week and superrrr sick because I was naughty and went out drinking and dancing at the clubs for one of my girlfriend’s 21st birthday! I hadn’t been clubbing in so long that the music almost disgusted me a little! Or maybe it was just a very poor DJ playing on that night! I didn’t bring along my camera but I will be able to grab a few shots off Therese! ♥
Anyway, just to keep you girlies a little busy, I found some super helpful videos for hair curling! I know alot of you girls have problems with hair curling cause there are just too many videos on youtube!! I think because we all have different hair textures, lengths, colour and etc, you should all develop an individual technique to curl our own hair – which is why I found these three videos very helpful.
She doesn’t exactly show you how to curl the whole head, but she shows a little snipplet of how to use the three different tools – hair straightener, curling iron and blow dryer.
Taken directly from Tami @ Soompi
Straightening Iron: (medium sized curls-waves)
You simply place a medium sized clump of hair in the iron, and rotate it around 360degrees where that clump meets your skull (be careful not to burn yourself), then slide it down the strand. The speed with which you slide the iron will help determine the size of the curl. More quickly makes larger curls/waves, slower and you get a springy curl.Towards self

PhotobucketCurling Iron:
You just clamp the iron onto your hair, slide it down to the bottom, than wrap it up trying to get as much hair on the actual iron as possible, then hold it until the hair is warm, unwrap from the iron a little for space to wiggle the clamp open and slide the iron out.Away from self

With a Hair Dryer and diffuser: (loosest waves)
The general idea is to wrap my hair around my fingers into a little spiral, then put the spiral into the diffuser of the hairdryer and blow it with hot air on the medium speed for about 45 seconds.
I’ve taken my camera back for a health check so that’s why I haven’t been uploading many photos lately! :)
But I will be back with plenty of photos! I promise ♥
Apparently, long hair has a high correlation with love ♥
Women tend to grow their hair when they are in love or in a relationship. I think having long hair kind of makes you feel a little more secure about your physical appearance, especially body wise. Girls like to cover their shoulders as it makes them feel as if they aren’t revealing as much skin, and also, could make them look skinnier too! :)
However, its been statistically proven that women who fall out of love, break up with a partner, or lose their loved ones, tend to cut their hair short. This could possibly be to increase their confidence – to look “sexier” to find new love, to find a new start by growing/starting everything all over again?
You know how it is– sometimes you need a big change in look and lifestyle to jump start your confidence again. Some people go for a daring cut or make-over, some even change their whole wardrobe! Others don’t stop there– they might take up something they have never done before– a new language, or Foxy Bingo or badminton, for example. The haircut is sometimes a symbol for a whole personal revolution!
As you all know, I only recently cut my hair short and I’m still trying to get used to it! I’ve been using hair extensions once in a while, and for special occasions, I still can’t go out without the need of styling long hair!
When we think of gyaru’s, we always tend to think that they have long blonde/light brown/brown hair – with either hair extensions for length and volume, or natural long hair.

And ofcourse, when we all love Kumiko Funayama‘s long two=toned blonde hair.
But, who said you can’t look good with short hair? I know alot of you’s have been asking me how I maintain my short hair, how I style it, and what short hair styles look good? So I found a collection of scans I’m going to share with you’s! :)

I love this two-toned colour hairstyle! I think I might try it out next time I need to get my regrowths done. What do you all think of the colour?
For those who live in Sydney, but did not get out of the house, for those who don’t live elsewhere.. here is a shot of what all Sydney-siders (and possible those around NSW) woke up to this morning..

And no, the picture was not taken in sepia mode, or taken with any other colour option, the sky was really that colour.
The orangey-red colour of the sky was actually caused by the sun trying to break through a massive cloud of red dust! Dust was flying absolutely everywhere! Cars were covered with dirt!
It was almost impossible to breathe through the dirt!
Our whole city was blanketed by the red dust.

We all thought it was the end of the world…
Just like every other girl, I’m crazy about shoes. There’s never enough. A pair of shoes can change your whole look!
So I visited a wholesale shoe warehouse and purchased 6 pairs of adorable shoes!
Haven’t taken a picture of all of them yet, but I’m too excited to show you all! So here they come, one by one!
Defqon 1 was on Saturday and I had a blast. I’ll never forget the fireworks at the end.
Pictures can explain more than words. ♥♥♥♥
I love each of my girls and boys who attended Defqon. They made my day & night very enjoyable. I miss the time there already.
Forever young, I wana be forever young. I just wana live forever.. forever.. ever..

DEFQON 1 will be missed.
I’ve got a Bank Financial Management (Finance) Midsemester exam tomorrow worth 35% and I haven’t even bought the textbook yet! Eeek! And plus.. I’m still blogging! haha! tsk tsk.
Received the beautiful blogger award from sweet-sixteen Aralka (Julia) a few days ago. Thanks love! She’s an adorable blogger whose also inspired by Japanese fashion and make up. So go visit her her her her if you haven’t already!! :) ♥♥♥

I went to get Bio-Sculpture coating on my nails the other day. It’s a gel overlay on your natural nails to help keep stronger and healthier nails grow. Instead of ruining your nails with acrylics and gel, you should definitely invest in getting Bio-Sculpture!! It’s a little more expensive but it is totally worth it!
You can also get an extension (sculpture), but I chose to let my nails grow instead of getting an extension. I got a pink coat, and went back home to work on my nail art! I almost forgot how much I used to love deco-ing my nails.
Bling Bling! ♥
Which girl doesn’t love her bling? Now I have the best excuse not to pick up any more puppy poo poo and twinkles!! I’ve had enough of puppy madness. I need a break :(

I’ve just entered Tammi’s 50+ followers blog giveaway! The prizes are super gorgeous containing
I was watching heaps of make up and room organisation DIYs and couldn’t help, but spend a couple of hours reorganising my make up stash, jewellery and bags. My room has been such a mess, and I was always finding excuses to push the task back to a later date! I couldn’t stand the mess in my room any longer.
So I went over to Kmart and bought a over-the-door jewellery holder.
and a bag organiser;
I love the way these storage ideas help me organise my room so easily and quickly! All I had to do, was pull out all my jewellery and bags – which was lying everywhere.. pick out the ones I wear the most, and throw them into the plastic holders! <3
I recommend these to every girl in the world.
Next thing I did was find little boxes and trays lying around the house to neatly sort out my make up and nail products. I originally had all my makeup in a little plastic four drawer organiser like this:
I placed my face products in the first drawer, mascara and eyeliners in the second, eyeshadows in the third, and eyelashes in the last. However, i spent too long in the mornings trying to find the right items and ended up only using a small portion of my make up – because I wasn’t bothered trying to find the mascaras and eyeliners placed at the back of the plastic drawer.
Now, a bit of packing and organising, i turned my make up storage to look like this:
And I even labeled all my trays to make sure family members (particularly my sister) places things back into the right place!
Basically, I pulled out a few glass cups – the large one is my 21st birthday drinking wine glass! – and filled it with a bit of rice or sand. By doing this, my mascaras, eyeliners, brushes, etc., could stand up rather than falling all over the place.
For my lipsticks, I used a foam box that was sent to me when I purchased my circle contact lenses! The holes were slightly big for my lipsticks, but it was perfect enough to keep my lipsticks from falling. Now I can easily make a quick choice of which lipstick to use in the morning! :)
Then ofcourse, I went and organised my skin products, hair products, and nail products!
I placed my hair products (treatments, hair sprays, hair mousse, leave-in conditioners, heat protectant,..etc) on the top compartment, nail products into the second, and skin care products in the third.
My hair products were placed according to their height! haha! That way I could see all of my hair products and I’ll be able to use them all instead of leaving them lying around!
My nail polishes were sorted into “large nailpolishes” and “thin nailpolishes” – as labelled because I have alot of the thin nail art pen polishes and they always get in the way when I’m trying to find a single colour to paint my nails with! I have over a 100 nail polishes and ciolours were getting too difficult to find! I also put “nail clippers” into a cup because I found 5 nail clippers in my room! =X Everytime I need one, I can’t find them and so I steal one from the living room, and my mum probably goes and buys more because she thinks she lost them! And so I’ve accumulated five resulting to needing some storage option for them!
I also put all my deco-parts into a plastic box. This tray contains all my nail-art parts, including nail tips, acrylic powders, nail brushes, diamontes, crystals, rhinestones, nail stickers, nail stamps, etc. :)
My skincare products were placed in the order of what I use each day. I placed toners first, because I always use a toner right after washing my face in the mornings (or showering), then goes a foundation primer (because I pretty much go out every day and put on make up every day), then day cream & sunscreen.. and because my foundations were placed in my make up pile, I put eyeshadows next (because I couldn’t fit these on the make up table) and then night cream, and lastly make up removers! Night creams and make up removers should have been swapped around, but because I don’t like having difficult access to my night cream, I put it a little closer to me.
I’m lovin’ my room now! :)
Hey loves!
Found this on a post made by one of the Soompi members and so for those who don’t visit Soompi, I wanted to post it for you’s! It was found in the Popteen September 2009 issue.

One of the last few photos I received in which I haven’t posted up yet from my couple photoshoot. It was taken by a talented Sydney Soompi photographer Leah.

Some updates
1. Who else is finding it frustrating to look fashionable on the streets?
I honestly love dressing up a little when I’m out or even when I’m just going out to school, but I find it frustrating to find everyone else on the street wearing a t-shirt and thongs – and yes, I’m from Australia.
I mean, there are days, I like to wear slip the casual skinny jeans and a cute t-shirt, but what happens when I feel like wearing 4 inch heels or short shorts? People look at me as if I belong to Kings Cross. And because the majority of my readers aren’t from Australia, Kings Cross is the sluttiest suburb you’ll find in Sydney. When we refer to “belonging to Kings Cross”, it most likely means “you’re a prostitute”.
I’ve been meaning to make a post about this but I just don’t know where to start. I hate and absoluletly hate sleazy men. By sleazy, I mean low, disgusting, gross, disrespectful. This is the second incident that I’ve come across – sitting on the same carriage as a middle aged man masturbating somewhat across from me. What is wrong with you men? Do you not realise you are in public? Go to the fxcking brothel if you are that desperate.
On Friday, 4th September at 12 noon, I was at Central (which is Sydney CBD), I looked across to peek at which station the train was stopping at.. and all I see is a black face looking back at me touching himself. I look back, and continue to play Scramble on my favourite companion – my Apple Iphone. Shortly later, I walk down the stairs and change carriages.
I got off the train at my destination, which two stops later and peeked back into the train window to see if he was still there. He was missing. I peeked across several more seats and he was still nowhere to be seen. I started to quickly make my way up to exit the station gates, when I see him again walking towards the station gates behind me. I inserted my ticket, exited the gates and fled into the closest boutique and called Mr.CG. He tried to comfort me and I stayed in the shop for five whole minutes until I felt completely safe to walk back out.
As I walk out, I see his fxcking face again, this time walking in the opposite direction and peeking into the shop. He spotted me. I continued power-walking towards the next closest boutique, and this time staying in there for a longer time period.
I lost him after.
Fxck you. I was so fxcking scared, but I know I shouldn’t be because if you came any closer to me, I would of screamed and reported you to the train master and the police.
If I had not been so scared, I would have taken your photo immediately and reported you to the police. I would have wanted to post your fxcking face here to show the world what a ridiculous sleazy, low, disgusting man you are.
I hate myself for fearing you at that time. I should of known better. I should of taken your photo, I should of screamed for attention, I should of warned everyone around me of your disgusting behaviour.
I don’t think any of us girls deserve to have to put up with you disgusting, sleazy and desperate men.
Beware girls of catching the train on the East Hills line to City during noon. I have come across this incident twice in five years, and I don’t even catch the train often!
And ofcourse, not to my surprise, with just a quick search in google, I found many articles on this.

I hate how it is illegal for anyone, other than police officers and possibly security guards to carry pepper spray in our bags. How else are the women to protect themselves?
And because I love google, I asked it that question, and apparently, women should go and get themselves some self defense lessons. I’m firing up.
Found this song on Youtube and have fallen in love. On my repeat <3
